While I am happy about Wlad beating Peter (I don't like Sam Peter because I think Toney is punch drunk thanks to his punches), he's not ATG.
IMHO Vitali is much better, and hasn't suffered a loss that can be compared to Wlad's dramatic losses. Vitali was beating Lennox when the fight was stopped due to a cut. You could debate Vitali retired Lewis.Comment
