I don't think anyone pointed out that Cotto-Chavez would've been in DECEMBER. Four weeks in the Philippines would only take up 2 weeks of Chavez's 8 week training. He could train with a different sparring partner that can emulate Cotto when they return to Wild Card.

manny is comfortable in baguio. chavez is not.

if you ever go to baguio you will see it is very hot and the food from the market is very different and you have to adjust your body. i dont even like the food from the area

castillo was not comfortable in baguio and castillo is friend of chavez family to maybe jlc tell him not to go.

Too many damn intolerant people here. It's not like they'll be living in a shack. Roach had his own nice place in the woods nearby a Starbucks. The only problem they had in the Philippines was the typhoon and media.

with out chavez serving as a sparring partner for manny. i have my doubts. chaves fits the same bill when it comesm to size and weight.
i saw some clips of tapia and honestly i dont see and simillarities with marg.

however i still feel that pacs speed aND sharpness will beat the slow marg
