    Expect more of tonights Gamboa

It's clear that Gamboa cannot continue to fight with his "cyclone" style
He's already been dropped 5 times by lesser names, his camp are not ****** enough to leave him continue like this against better fighters
He wins rounds 90% of the time on workrate, it's his most effective attribute
He doesn't have the best jab or boxing skills to win fights, so I see Gamboa continuing in the fashion we saw tonight.

he isnt living up to the hype

and of course as the opposition increases he will lose. He should also work on his temperment as well as he almost DQd himself tonight. And lose the holding.

He was the one being held tonight
Gamboa let's his hands go on the inside, he wouldn't prefer to clinch.

He looked insanely great against Mtagwa but looked lethargic against Barros and tonight against Salido.

When he decides he wants to be, he's a great counterpuncher with his speed
I still think it will be a part of his offense, but less so against better opposition
Mtagwa was there to be hit all night long.

You guys have to factor in the opponent. Salido is a mini Mack Truck and a decent pressure fighter.

Most fighters that rely on stamina/speed get broke down by these guys. Mtgawa did it to Lopez too.

All Gamboa can do is keep his gloves up more and try to pace himself better because before the 8th round he was already throwing arm punches.

When Salido started pressing Gamboa from the around 7th, he did clinch, but nowhere near as much as Salido who was clinching throughout.
