1. Ali beats him.
2. Louis beats him.
3. Foreman beats him.
4. Frazier beats him.
5. Johnson beats him.
6. Dempsey draws with him.
7. Liston beats him.
8. Marciano draws with him.
I'm sure it is just a total coincidence that the only two who wouldn't win are the only two white guys on your list.
There is no point in even talking about all of this FF nonsense but no way any of these 185-200lb HWs from the past stand a chance against either Klitschko, they would be dwarfed and overwhelmed easily.
You cant tell, the heavyweight back then werent as big as they are now. The Brothers are smartest HW we have seen both inside and outside the ring. and Marciano? He would get knocked out by Wlad. No idea how a fight against Ali would go.
I would go
1. Tyson
2. Wlad
3. Ali
Smartest outside the ring you may very well be right.
Inside? Nah...
Also, don't forget that these guys have the body of work of most of the greats preceding them from which to learn.
The small, one handed, Joe Frazier would not have much of a chance. Thats one fight, that im surprised that people wont even give the Klitschkos credit for.

You know what? You're right. Prime Vitali might beat some of those guys. Imo (at the very least) a case might be made.
But Vlad? He has a punchers chance and that's it and that only in the first 3 rounds. The longer the fight goes, the smaller that chance gets. All those guys (in their prime) are KO artists. They're all gonna' land combinations more and more as the rounds pass and the minute Vlad shows weakness they'll finish him. Even if he gets to the later rounds most of them fought 15 rounds. So they are gonna' land beautiful, crisp combos in the later rounds when Vlad is dead tired (say starting about round 6?). He won't survive a series of combos from Joe in round 10 because he hasn't the chin to take it and carry on when he's exhausted.
