Why didnt tyson take the rematch with lewis???

i know he looked poor and got dominated the first time, but why didnt he push for a with rematch lewis?? he needed the money, that was a fact, also there still would have been a chance for tyson to get a good fight in, heck maybe he could have even won it, could have turned out to be a trilogy....

Tyson at that point wouldnt have been able to do any better no matter how hard he trained. Im not sure anyone would have paid to see it again considering how one sided the fight was.

people pay hundreads to hear the guy talk at dinner events, im sure the fight would have been a sellout, tyson always had a punchers chance considering how lewis got ktfo against rahman........

Tyson had pretty much no chance in a rematch, Lewis dominated him. I wouldn't even give him a punchers chance.

Why would he want to get knocked out again? The 2nd fight probably wouldn't have sold as well because the first fight was so one sided and Lennox would have been badly critisized for taking a rematch.

Even if they were to have a trilogy... Lewis would have won every time.
