who has better shot at 154 title: quartey forest de la hoya or vargas?

i think all 4 of these guys could capture the 154 pound title..looks like vargas and forest are really trying to though..i think if de la hoya stopped looking for big money fights (trinidad wright vargas) and got a few fights under his belt and fought for the 154 pound title he could win it...who agrees?

Even with Vernon's jacked up shoulder, I'd go with him. DLH would be second, if he actually cared. Vargas will never be champ again and Quartey will get STOPPED if he faces top 154 guys like Ouma, Karmazin, etc. Hell, he almost got stopped by Phillips.
