6'3" is tall enough, sam is barely 6' probrably 5'11 without shoes on.

He made Chag quit on the stool before 10 you might be thinking of Ibragmov.

He could have gotten rid of Peter 3 rounds earlier I think, maybe he just wanted to be sure Sam was beaten up enough until it was safer to take chances.
