So when he stopped taking those roids and stopped lifting weights ( if he lifted weights, he was just loosing the gains he made with the roids.)

Alot fighters at lower weight classes fluctuate f***ing 15 or pounds or so in 1 day.
What weight do you think Roy Jones walks around at anyway. I would bet on a long layoff something near 190 pounds or more. And look at James Toney. He gains 40 pounds in between every fight, no matter what weight class he is in.

maybe if some of you geeks ever lifted a weight in your life you would know what its like to gain large amount of muscle and then just lose it like that. its a huge deal, especially at 35 you loser. judging by your avatar your a skinny little chump and the heaviest weight you ever lifted in your life is ****ing beer can, stop talking **** about **** you don't know about geek

Muscles deflate if you don't lift for a while.
      Example, Ricky Williams.

While playing for the Dolphins he was around 225+

When he left he got all the way down to 180lbs.

Whoa! Let's talk without the childish insults. We can all have opinions without expressing them so childishly.
