Public polls have always been a waste of time regardless of the subject. Oh, and they're not really two different subjects. But maybe you're right, and people never vote out of spite. People are evolved waaaaaaaaaaaay beyond petty arguments and can get past their emotions to make rational decisions. Hah, that makes me laugh.

most of us are evolved enough to vote on the poll subject, instead of personal feelings. This is the first poll I've ever seen be questioned to this length & degree and made to seem like it means nothing...keeping that in mind, I'll feel free to go ahead and consider this poll valid and worth checking out.

Taylor has had the belt for 5 minutes and is already getting threatened. You got 3 HW's that defend their 1 belt, once a year, and anything is hardly said. Doesn't seem to fair. What's up in the HW division anyway, why won't they let somebody start unify the titles.

I still don't understand why sanctioning organizations feel the need to do ****** stuff like this. Who would you rather have as your champion, Jermain Taylor or Soliman/Ikeke? Tough choice there.

I really dont know.....Solimon is a more exciting fighter than Taylor by far. I like watching someone who fights like he has a pair.

Hah, thanks for trying to take a shot at me as if I would vote due to personal feeligns on a boxing matter such as this. Look at this very forum, where it's purely boxing fans and how lopsided some have seen the fight. That can just as easily, if not more so, said about the public. And as a general statement, there's a reason there are group of people who word polls and ask thousands of different questions to get the answers they want... this isn't one of them, but just in general as to why I don't look at public opinion polls.

I watched Solimon on TV today and he SUCKS. He was getting hit clean so many times I didn't realize it was a "name" fighter until I heard them say it. I was laughing my ass off that this guy is ranked top 10 in his division
