I didnt think he was THAT much of a hype job till i saw his fight tonight on showtime, how did this guy even get recognized? must be the name..
That was what I was asking for a while, he had 11 fights going into this and he isn't very good so why do ppl know who he is or care?

Was it just because he punched himself in the face?

I dunno, but Fury vs Power has got to be the best sounding match-up in the history of boxing

              It's because he's a Brit...

Honestly, if he were American, he would get absolutely no hype except from people making fun of him. He's a huge heavyweight with a cool name, but he'd get no hype if he was American.

Who knows? Might be greasing some palms to get his name up in lights.
All I know is if he punches himself again, he's going to the top of my list of all time greats who fought two guys at once.

Being a Brit and his name definitely help his career.

But say what you want about his skill level, the guy is fun to watch.

Right there, gentlemen, is perfection. This is what the hype is all about.

He get's the same hype as a certain Mr Tye Fields used to get. It's all in good fun, not to be taken seriously.
