you do know that Josie got into a fight with one of Floyds jumpoffs at the club then bounced. Her girls stuck around and Floyd and his boys jumped on them outside the club. Floyd was convicted of that incident as well.
Floyd is known for always running Josie's friends off. He would always throw drinks on them, spit in their face, or put hands on them. He has not 1 drop of respect for women. The girls he jumped on at the club were her first friends that didn't punk out to him or his boys and went on and filed charges.
He's trying to play this changed image right now. But he wont be able to hold it in for to long. Vegas has that 3 strikes law. One more and Floyd is gonna be behind bars.

I believe it happened, I truly do. But what I have to ask myself is why does she [Josie] always turn around and then say it didn't happen (1st time) and now asking the Judge NOT to sentence him to any time in jail??? I mean, WTF?? I can see her not wanting a trial this time around because the kids would have had to testify... but she straight out asked the Judge not to give Floyd jail time - WHAT EXACTLY DOES SHE WANT?? She makes herself look even worse by doing this because it becomes pretty clear what her true motive has become. $$$$$$ I guess maybe HER justice is "you hit me, you pay" (litterally). It's gonna be her own damn fault if the court system stops believing her when she comes crying again.

And that's not me saying it didn't happen, that's me saying it probably did happen and she keeps taking it this far JUST to get a monetary settlement out of it.

I'm glad the Judge didn't listen to her - because if all Floyd ever has to do when he does something wrong, is pay money.... that in it self would be a big laugh. This is a man who burns money and makes play phones out of stacks of hunnies.
