You're just rambling and changing your arguments every time new facts about the case turns up.. first there was your reasonable doubt, then there was discrediting the woman, then asking why are there no charges, then even bringing up a case about pacquiao which has totally no relevance and was never even talked about ever...

1) The title to this thread makes no sense - "REASONABLE DOUBT to believe" ????? That's an oxy moron at best - at worst, done purposefully in order to trick the reader into voting nonsensically.

2) Why such concern that official charges haven't been filed yet? Does that some how equate to you that it must be false (because charges haven't been filed in an acceptable amt. of time for you)? Surely you're informed enough to know that the police will sometimes book a suspect on a lesser charge first, in order to further investigate the primary charge. For example - a suspect of a murder is picked up for questioning, and when they search his car they find a gun. Without a confession or current eye witness they can't book him on murder charges without further investigating and firearm tests etc. - So, instead, they charge him with concealing a deadly weapon. THEN they continue to gather facts and interview witnesses in order to present a case to the D.A. - which is what they appear to be doing.

3) With the admission from the son that he saw the whole thing happen, I doubt whether this case going forward or not is up to Josie anymore. In fact, unless the son recants his story (which IS possible), my guess is that Floyd could now be facing a whole list of charges including child endangerment, child abuse, wreckless endangerment of a minor child and a slew of misdemeanor/felony charges that the D.A. could add.

Again, what does it prove to you that domestic charges haven't been filed yet? You seem so adamant on repeating the same question over and over again. Come out already and say what ever it is that you're trying to imply...
