Honestly he is lucky this didn't happen in Texas.
I say this because as soon as a female reports you the state takes over. What that means is this; even if a female changes her story it won't matter because the state will pursue charges. The only thing that does (a female changing her story) is the fact that the state would go after her as well.

Right now the narrative of the story says Floyd did it~ but where there is money there are always a lot of schemeing people~
As for what his son said, that certainly is not a good look and is fairly damning but stranger things have happeaned.

I figured most states went that route currently, it would be pretty suprising if Nevada didn't opperate like that.

10 year olds do lie but they're not good at it. it's so easy to tell when kids are lying...you can see it on their face.

What’s so crazy or sad depending on how you look at it,
Even with the minor damages to Josie Harris
The testimony of Josie's Friend
The testimony of Mayweather's son "Koraun"
And the reports of domestic violence from Mayweather to Josie.
Still the only thing they charged him with is is Grand Larceny.
For stealing her iphone valued at $322
With all this "evidence", shouldnt this be a open-shut cased?
My question is, if so much evidence is present here in this case.
Why not arrested Mayweather, and make him pay a $50,000 bail.
This was what Chris Brown got btw. Or something similar.
- Why are they not pulling the trigger on this woman beater is my question?
- Why only make him pay $3000 bail???
- Why only charged him with something he will probably walk on or face minor penalty from..?
Matt Barnes allegedly beat his wife, he got charged and had to pay $50,000 bail.
Chris Brown beat his Rihanna, he got charged and had to pay $50,000 bail.
But Floyd Mayweather allegedly beat Josie Harris, and he doesn’t get charged and basically walks...
With the crazy statistics on Domestic Violence,
- Why would they let Mayweather off so easy??
- Why not charge him and go off the facts you already have too arrest the bastard if this story is true?
The Facts on Domestic Violence
• 5.3 million Domestic Violence incidents occur
Each year among U.S. women.
• Every 15 seconds in the U.S. a woman is beaten.
• About 1 in 4 women are likely to be abused by a partner in her lifetime.
But yet, LVPD is dragging their feet?
What could be their reasoning for this inaction?
Maybe it's doubt?
Maybe they don’t want to charged the tax payers on funding an Prosecution
With a client who's credibility and story would surely get destroyed in a court of law.
Who knows??
'
However the facts remains, after all the reports, and all the allegations.
Still no charges, Still no warrants, Still no case.
I wonder why?

What say you now?
According to the report, the 10-year old son of Mayweather and Harris told cops he "saw his dad was on his mother and was hitting and kicking her."
Still going to blindly defend him?
Or is it obvious to you their son is lying as well..
Because you know... kids lie... so it's all reasonable doubt.
