JCC Jr. has the brighter future, he has a big name, people love him, he is exciting, etc etc. Wether he gets to that future remains to be seen but he could easily make 2 times what cotto makes if he was at that point right now because of his name.

Yes, Chavez Jr, marketability is better from namesake alone, but Cotto is looking as if he may be potentially greater than Trinidad and thats saying alot. When he starts to move up, thats when he will get harder test, dont get me wrong he has to get through his tough ass division first.

Right now he is, He needs to step up in fighter quality, if he suceeds, vs the better opposition ,he shouldnt be and wont be overated anymore. Time will tell

Cotto would definetly win right now, Chavez Jr. is not ready for a fighter at the level that Cotto is right now. But maybe this fight can happen in the future when Chavez Jr. gets some more experience and is more mature.

Miguel Cotto has the better fighter...

                  Why?

Because Chavez Jr. will get knocked out when I get to the proffesional ranks, Cotto will be older than Trinidad is now...

but no shame to losing to the best...

His competition is fine because he NEVER went amateur...

People critisize him so much, he's just getting better and better..
