Its because he doesnt want to pay tax in the UK and Cyprus is a tax haven. all the eu gangsters have **** in Cyprus its like the cayman islands.

Haye is just making it seem like hes from there so nobody questions why he "lives" in Cyprus so he doesnt pay UK tax.

If i was from the UK I would be pissed that tax payers payd for this chump for the first 18 years of his live in child support/school/health care and when he starts making money he ditches the country because he doesnt want to pay tax, what a scum.
