When it comes to straight up active/volume punching non-stop moving or just being straight up plain active throwing everything but the kitchen sink which boxer is known for having the best work rate in the game.

Im not talking about a swarmer/volume puncher but a boxer thats always trying to move, box, create angles, power punch... doesnt matter what style as long as being a work horse in the ring!!!

Lightweight Roberto Duran. Fifteen rounds of non stop insane activity and freakish skill on both offense and defense, that nearly always resulted in a KO...Many of them coming in the last five rounds when he was fighting just the same as he was in the first five rounds.

It's very, very rare for someone to have the same skill, power, stamina and precision in the fifteenth as it was in the first few rounds.

Of the top of my head Calzaghe and Willaims never stop throwing, and Vitali never stops trying to kill the other guy.

Yuriorkis Gamboa, by the last round in the corner you can see how easily he is breathing as he was in the first. Alexander is the worst, did you see him in the coner vs Kotelnik? That was terrible.
