i think you're confusing double standards with plain old bias. margarito did get caught with the unusual padding in a wrapped hand and pacquiao's actions seem strange, even to other boxers.

floyd's situation involves the police. you don't have to give him the benefit of the doubt off the limited reports you've received. if the evidence adds up, he will be arrested.
