Well..Bowe can still punch. However..he needs to hit the gym between now and his next fight. They announced his weight at a trim 250, but he looked about 270. Time to put the fork down Rid****. On a more positive note, he took a few good shots and shrugged them off. He also lifted his opponent, who looked like 10 pounds of ****e stuffed into an 8 pound bag, almost off his feet with a nice uppercut. Oliver McCall was on the undercard as a suprise "guest of Don King" fighter. He destroyed some local fatboy, then signed an autograph for me. He then mingled with the crowd and had a beer about four rows down from me. I overheard him asking his posse about why he cant get any top fighters to fight him, and why HBO wont ask him to fight. I dont suppose the Cry Fest at your last heavyweight championship of the world rematch would have anything to do with it. The real treat was getting Cornelius Boza-Edwards autograph. He was training a sharp looking middleweight.

nice name GF! gotta a signed piccy of gatti and ward in my spare room pride of place! great fighter. As for Bowe his conditioning looked awful but then again I dont suppose he has done a hell of a lot of training. Rumours abound that he didnt even spar in preperation.


I hope he calls it quits before meeting any of the top guys, cos if he looks anything like that he could get badly hurt and he has taken a few too many in his career already for my liking in his various wars.


Its a bit of a freakshow to be honest, not calling Bowe a freak but you know what I mean. Future potential match ups have little to do with who is the best out there, moreover fighting for money against shot fighters of yesteryear, tyson, evander, god forbid Ike if he gets out...

i pay it lip service to be honest, just my thoughts. No offence to any tyson, Rid****, evander fans but they have all seen much better days.

Bowe is supposed to fight Willie Chapman on the 25th. I predict he will ktfo champman within four rounds.

Bowe should retire for good. I saw his fight with Rhode and he looked like a old boom. He should'nt fight with any TOP20 fighters for sure , for his own good

The HBO legendary nights episode between him and bowe showed how bad bowe has suffered as a result of boxing. It was very difficult to make out wat he was actually saying, and it was obvious he had suffered a degree of braindamage as a result of boxing. I cant believe he is actually got a boxing licence.
