It sure as hell ain't gonna be Sergio Martinez or P-Will. I have a feeling that if it ain't Angulo, it's gonna be Amir Khan !!

Think about it guys, if Phony has his eyes set on Dubai, Khan would be a terrific choice. I'm still not ruling out a PAC - Phony, but for now, my front-runners are Angulo and Khan.

P-Will is too much of a risk, Sergio is as well. There are no other B-listers out that would be considered low risk with some type of exposure and not signed up with Top Rank !!
