Why didnt Amir Kahn avenge his only loss?

Was he too scared to get into the ring again? His mind wouldnt be there bringing up too many bad memories? If i was a hotshot fighter and got my first loss my first instinct would be to avenge it. Seems like he kinda ducked it.

Had Prescott gone on to some impressive wins, a rematch would have been unavoidable.

At this point, however, the general consensus is that Prescott got lucky and would not pose a threat in a rematch, and thus wouldn't bring in much $. That is a major impediment given that big $ fights loom w/ Marquez, Maidana, Bradley, etc.

I don't necessarily agree or disagree but that's the answer to your question.

        because Prescott isn't a FW or a fighter Khan's size having a ko% between 10-30.

yep, they ducked presscott and waited until he lost so that khan would've have to fight him again. khan should avenge the loss even tho prescott has fallen off the map. he should take presscott as a tune up bout. it should sell in the UK.

He should, I mean Prescott is walking around with the ring name "The Khanqueror".

How humiliating for Khan, doesn't matter that Prescott hasn't done much so far after that win, the fact is that he is walking around with that ring name and rightly so after easily stopping Khan in 1 minute in front of all his fans.

The long and the short of it, he can't. Any puncher has Khan's number.

Yep if they can scam the public out of calling David Haye vs Audley as the biggest fight since 1993 than they will sell the hell out of Khan getting his redemption. I think he's scared, money is not the problem because dude will fight for 75/25 split cuz its gonna draw tons of UK cash.
