in the end of 2008 after PAC destroyed ODLH and Margs put Cotto on his knees people would have creamed in their pants for this fight. Now it is a shame or a sham of a fight to most. Would it be too much to think that styles make fights and maybe Margs can pull some plaster out of his gloves and put it in his jaw to with stand PACS attacks and lay some leather on PAC himself?

I think Cotto vs. Marg flashacks are possible. But I fel Pac is too quick with his hands and feet for Marg to really get off on him.
I gotPac by late round stoppage. If this was 2005/06/07 Margarito Id pick Marg without hesistating.

as for your topic, people are quick to dismiss this fight due to the situations surrounding it...people wanted PAC-PBF, people think Tony is shot, people think Tony doesn't deserve a payday
at the end of the day, we've got a fight between 2 guys with styles that could lead to fireworks

I not gonna sit here and try to make some type of ****** prediction that's just jibberish like, "Margarito gonna get KTFO in two rounds" or "Pacquiao is gonna get killed because he's too small". I think we all know deep down inside that this is going to be good fight and it will last longer than two rounds.
Pac fan, Tony fan, Floyd fan, it doesn't matter who's fan. On November 13, everyone will be watching. And this is what we wanted. All eyes on boxing for one night and regardless of the bad things surrounding the fight, boxing will be getting all the attention that night. I'll take it.
I'll just say anything can happen and it probably will. And I will be watching it with my "oh ****" face the whole time because it is. People can boycott all they want but I can assure you that the ratio of boycotters vs. people who will watch the fight is something like 100:1 (just a wild guess). I think boxing will be happy with those odds.Comment

IMHO wish it was a non-title fight. BUT, this match up between Pac/Marg is going to be exciting from start to finish. NO doubt in my mind.
People can say Marg is shot but he talks like he's hungry, this may up his pain tolerance like he was with Cotto. This fight will be dependant on whether Marg can take the punishment from Pac.
Hopefully Pac will not "test" Margaritos shots.LOLComment
