When he agreed to all of the drug test demands?

I've seen the interview, I've read the articles. But I haven't heard a single bit of specifics, like when, 0 cut offs, was it before or after the Marg fight had been pushed and signed.
Was it from the start (December, January, Febuary?) When?

Saying "I agreed to his demands" only tells me you agree, but when did he let the other side know he agrees?
I don't know the date of that interview, but I know for sure it was after Marg/Manny had been already signed. So why did we not hear "I agree to all his demands" before he signed?

And why aren't these guys asking any simple specifics?

Those are all valid questions and hopefully, they'll all be satisfactorily be answered in due time by all parties involved and not just PAC.
