Who punches harder, Ortiz or Maidana?

Maidana can punch hard, no doubt. But his punches don't have the crisp, accuracy and speed behind them like Ortiz punches have.

Maidana, but Ortiz would be a much harder fight for Khan.

People will say Maidana on this, which I wouldn;t say is wrong.

However ignorant people will say because he has high ko ratio and beat Ortiz.

Both punch hard, but I would also give it slightly to Miadnana, although he has faced some bums in his time (And they try go war him aswell lol) to get that record.

        Hard to say really man

All i know is that both punch hard BUT Ortiz actually has skills to go along with it unlike Maidana which is why i can't understand some crying about possible Khan vs Ortiz matchup

I say Maidana by a little. Ortiz throws his punches better though.

Maidana has that raw, crushing power which can KO most guys in a single shot. Meanwhile, Ortiz has a fast 'pop' type of power which can produces lots of KDs (i.e. against Maidana) but not necessarily brutal KOs.

Khan and Ortiz are similar in that respect. In fact, all of Khan's stoppage wins have been TKOs where the ref has had to jump in. He's yet to score a devastating KO in which his opponent is unable to make the count.

Maidana by far. Ortiz beats Khan IMO

Kind of like a George Foreman vs Mike Tyson kind of debate. I think Maidana has more raw power but Ortiz is the better puncher.

I think if they allowed him to continue punching then he would.
