I think Martinez by UD.
Sturm has the know how to avoid being KOed. But once Mart�nez moves laterally and pot shots, it's over for Sturm.

Martinez is too busy for Sturm, he will win based on stamina and punch output.

Martinez isn't gonna stand still for Strum, Strum would actually need to get aggressive to win and even if he does that I'd still pick Martinez to win big.

Sturm was one of the 9 guys on the list that Martinez gave to HBO of fighters they were willing to fight.
