Cotto-Branco and Klitschko-Peter headed to Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City

    By G. Leon
July 28, 2005 - ********** has been informed that HBO's September 24 date has taken a turn for the better. As you know undefeated WBO junior welterweight champion Miguel Cotto will face Gianluca Branco in the final fight of the night. It's hard to consider Cotto-Branco the real main event now that the Wladimir Klitischko-Samuel Peter is "all but done" according to both Klitschko advisor Shelly Finkel and Peter's manager Ivaylo Gotsev. Wladimir vs Peter is probably the best heavyweight matchup so far this year, unless anyone can remind me of one that I missed.

Actually....I think its the best potential heavyweight matchup since Lewis v.s. VK in my opinion.

I sort of agree with that. I was hoping Golota would beat Byrd and Ruiz so I was looking forward to those fights but otherwise this is the only heavyweight fight I'm really looking forward to.

                  WTF??

You probably won't see it unless you're in the area?
What area.. unless you're in AC? I say it again: "WTF??"

But anyway, sorry my man... I forgot you're under 21, yet, they don't check IDs at Boardwalk Hall..

I was there for Gatti / Ward and Holyfield / Byrd...
