My guess is because manny is filipino and filipinos eat dogs and cats. He mentioned sushi and rice (my guess) because he ******ly mixed up stereotypes. The point is he dissed manny and manny only.

From what I gather the majority of Filipinos don't eat cat and dog. Only a few minority do. But, he mentioned all 3 cuz of Manny race right? Is that a fair assumption that he mentioned cats and dogs cuz of Manny race? And, Suzhi which is a Japanese dish also cuz of Manny race. And, you saying he mixed up stereotypes but what if he didn't? Could that be a possibility? And, maybe in his simple minded head he thinks all Asians are the same? So why can't Pinoys and even Asians not be offended by Floyd comments? Why shouldn't ESPN and other outlets make it a big deal when Floyd said Suzhi, dog, and cats cuz of Manny race? Lets make no mistake about it he said cuz of Manny race.

At the end of the day Floyd should be taken to task for it. And, ESPN and every media outlet should make it a big deal. What he said is offensive, disgusting, ****** and very ignorant. I give him props for apologizing quick. And, I am all for lets move on from that issue but I also think he should of been taken to task for it. And, his fans should not had try to justify his comments. But, this subject is tiresome already.

Because Don Imus had the largest political talk show on radio and TV when he said it and he reffered to a group as opposed to an individual. Al waited a week to respond. Once the story hit the mainstream and people started talking did Al get involved.
