Haye will stay in boxing so long as there's easy money to be had. If that involves fights with Holyfield, Tarver, Dimitrenko or even someone like Hasim Rahman then he'll still be around, callin out dem Klitschkos, pullin out of dem fights, the cheeky wee scamp.

And, does it sort of sound like Haye is maybe reconsidering retiring by 30, going by the last sentence in that article?
Amazing that it took till page 4 of a thread to see a comment from someone who actually read the article. I think it's a pretty **** headline for the article considering the only thing Haye says about retirement is that his original plan for retirement (made when he was 17 years old) at the age of 30 nows seems pretty unrealistic considering how he physically feels now he is approaching 29. Haye will go on to fight at least one Klitschko, I'm 100% sure of it.

Dont know about that, I use to like him because he would fight anyone but since he got to the top he has become just like all boxers when they get to the top, He has been ****ing on about retirement for a while now and he has also been talking about MMA or UFC for sometime now...Basically his career at HW is becoming something of a joke now.

Some boxers minds are just wired differently. Haye, and Khan are similar. BH and Evander Holyfield are the other end of the spectrum.

I suppose the ones who retire older love the game more. But i thought boxers would retire when the time was right and they knew it. Boxers are usually the last to know, wanting one more fight. But not haye. He can still talk good and he wants to remain like that.
Maybe a bit scared. But hes human.

It's for the best. This way Haye can focus on his comedy act full time.
