If going by popularity, I'd probably say that happened when he fought Oscar. For starting to raise eyebrows in the Boxing world by moving up weight classes, yeah I guess 135 is where it started.
The funny thing is, I'd say the 135 Floyd seemed the most vulnerable. I know that sounds like a joke, but he was still learning opponents and now had to deal with bigger people. Heh.. in theory at the very least.
