According to Jorge Isaac M. Olmos, bantamweight Rafael "El Torito" Concepción (14-5, 8KOs) could possibly return on October 15 at the Veneto Casino against Jose Mena. Concepcion's career shot up when he upset unbeaten AJ Banal in 2008. Since the big win he has lost several key fights against Jorge Arce, Nonito Donaire and in July he was knocked out by Fernando Montiel in three punishing rounds. Concpcion wants to get his career on track for one final title shot.
