According to Peter Rivera, President of Puerto Rico Bext Boxing, former WBO super featherweight champion Roman "Rocky" Martinez will return to the ring before the end of the year, possibly in December. On Saturday in Glasgow, Scotland, Martinez lost his title when he was upset by Scottish boxer Ricky Burns. The rising Puero Rican was outclassed by the skills of Burns. All three judges scored the fight for Burns 115-112, 115-113 and 115-112.

I think a rematch with Burns is better than fighting Solis in his next fight, Solis is more skilled than Burns and has more power.
