Take Tito's special hand-wraps away from him and Cotto brutalizes this fraud. Tito couldn't handle Oscars jab, Cotto's jab would own Tito all night long. And Oscar was robbed, only people who don't believe that are people that choke on fraud boxers who need special-handwraps ballsacks.

This sound like an excuse from the greatest Mexican fighter.

Since the wrap incident, Tito hasn't been the same devastating puncher.

I think Tito would of stepped on the gas as HE always did and change the course of the fight. Something is undeniable, Tito had the wrong footwork to beat HOP boxing. But heavy hitters have other advantages that we did not see in Tito that night.
He had worked voluntary feeding the Fire workers instead of HOP, ho just went back home and continue training like nothing (The great American)
HOP might of won the fight, but it would of been by Desicion, not by Tito melting down.
Regarding the article, I'm sure that those were his main obstacles beside being in NY at the lowest point on its history.
HOP won and He was the better man that night. But I also have to say that I didn't see Tito at his best that night. He was flat and never really peaked before or during his meltdown.

I understand his point but I still don't think he would have won. Bernard Hopkins was just so determined and motivated, that was the defining moment in his career. There was no way he was going to lose that fight.

Tell that to Ricardo Mayorga and Hassine Cherifi.

Tito didnt cheat. I thought people would know this by now.

Well no **** that gash was opened up in sparring, They did stop the fight so how is that not a legit excuse? That old man was getting his ass whooped but they stopped the fight due TO A GASH THAT WAS READY TO BE OPENED.
