Yea it was illegally wrap by the NYSAC rules. It wasn't illegal in every state, it was in New York. So that was wrong period. However, there was no plaster, or traces of plaster ingredients in his wraps.

It was like how Oscar had to re-wrap his wraps a couple times cuz they way it was wrapped it made it have something like a 5th knuckle.

Everybody has different wrapping techniques. Some are illegal in some states not everywhere but some states. It depends where you fighting at. But, there was no plaster. So no where close to Luis Resto or even to a lesser extent to Antonio Margarito.

i always knew he wasn't 100% in that fight. his mind didn't seem to be in it. the tito that stepped into the ring that night would've have lost to Vargas and Joppy...
Tito don't make excuses we all know why you lost. Hopkins was too big...
        btw...Hopkins ducked the rematch...

There was nothing TITO could have done, BHOP did his homework and annihilated Tito, BHOP was superb that night and tito shouldnt attempt to take that away...

Who really gives a **** now anyways. I think Tito is looking for attention and trying to justify his loss. Dude needs to just accept he got KO'd.

I don't see how Hopkins ducked a rematch, he dominated and Ko'd Tito, what was the need for a rematch?
