BULL****! Burns just beat the hell out of a no defense, slow fighter who missed all night long. Only a person with the I.Q. of a fly would think Martinez was robbed. Martinez is what old-timers call a guy with no defense....a catcher. Nice seeing arrogant Martinez get his A$$ handed to him.

Second loss for Martinez. He was SOUNDLY beaten by Francisco Lorenzo and Lorenzo was clearly robbed. Martinez couldn't block a punch if his life depended on it. Chin stuck out in the air all night...what a dumb****.

Juanma Lopez's defense is questionable aswell except he can actually box when he chooses too. Martinez is just a slugger with a **** defense. These new and up comming Rican boxers have pleasing styles but don't expect them to stay undefeated. Lopez's loss will be happening sometimes soon, if not 2010 then 2011. I think Rafael Marquez can pull off the upset and beat Lopez.

Problem with JuanMa is he was knocked out by Mtagwa. Forget the decision, he was badly beaten and the fight should have been stopped. What the cards said doesn't stop his neuro transmitters from knowing he was knocked out by Mtagwa and bad. Ref let the bad beating he took go on.

Dont be pathetic. I just saw the fight. Burns landed cleaner punches, had Martinez exhausted and in trouble on a number of times and landed almost 3 times as many punches throughout the fight.

Climb down off this one, because you're looking ridiculous by trying to claim this was anything but a well scored fight and deserving victory.

                :

hurry up and watc the reply. martinez got out-boxed and was made to look ****** and just a slugger with a bit of power. he was even losing the first round by miles until the got that straight right to get a 10-8round.

this fight was the first time i agreed with Jim Watts card 100%. he got it absolutely right and called each round correctly.

Burns is rightfully the world champion, all credit to him

Martinez got outhustled, he's a straight forward slugger.

No robbery at all. I scored it 115-113 to Burns, with one drawn round, I think Round 10 maybe, not sure.. But Burns definitely won. A rematch would be a big draw.
