I don't understand how anyone makes multiple racist statements and then comes back and says something like, "the thing is, I'm not even racist" or "I can't be racist, I've got black friends, hispanic friends, asian friends, etc." I don't care what friends from what race you keep around you. You won't do or say certain things if it isn't somewhere in your heart to begin with.

That's good that he is mature enough to see that he was wrong for what he said and I commend him for being man enough to address the issue and apologize. Either way, I won't be purchasing another Mayweather fight.

you know you wasnt going to buy a mayweather fight anyways lol. but chances are you will buy mayweather vs pacquiao because its going to be huge when happens so insense you will still buy it...if not buy it atleast watch it dont front man lol

Let's all close our eyes and listen to what Matweather is saying to all of us when when he made that video about Manny Pacquiao. Listen closely and understand what is being said .... now imagine that Mayweather is a white man or an asian saying those things to a black Manny Pacquiao. What do you thinik will happen?

i wouldnt be offended ...this america im use to hearing worse **** like that on daily basis. for this situation he used sterotypes which is wrong but in a way of talking **** ...but people are really acting like they havent said a sterotype in a joking matter to get at someone in their life. people say a whole bunch of racist stuff on these sites all the time and nobody jumps to the rescue then but then if its your race or if you hate the guy now you want to jump in...thats not right...but hey this is america

Seriously, all of this fake outrage is pathetic. If racism is truly intolerable to you, then why haven't you boycotted this site? I've read things here that are many times worse, and I'm sure you have too. Yet you can tolerate the racism spewed here, why is that?

Let's keep it real about Mayweather's comments for a second. Were they racially insensitive? Yes. Were they racist? No. Mayweather was throwing a bunch of ignorant Asian stereotypes around in an attempt to disrespect a future opponent. Nowhere in Mayweather's rant did he say or imply that Asians are inferior or that he's superior to Pacquiao simply because Pacquiao is of Asian descent. This is why you all look silly getting on your high horses trying to act all self righteous and judgemental. For the most part, you all are just as ignorant as Mayweather was in that video clip.

Well Im pretty glad Floyd came out to the public and presented who really is him besides a great boxer that he has become. While ATGs would be mostly considered for their great boxing accomplishments, it will be hard to put him on the upper echelon of the boxing gods with these recent acts of his.

What he has done for boxing have made him go on the top of the list. But with these developments he just went down a few notches.

when they judge you in boxing they judge you for what you do outside the ring...hopkins is an ex con and hes a future hall of famer...so that really dosnt mean anything whent hey judge you in the ring and boxing related...

no he didnt ..mayweather deman was more then a 50/50 splitn and random blood and urine test up to fight now...manny team sent over a contract of a 50/50 split and a cut off date of 14days..how tdo you look at the facts and say they gave him everything he wanted which that clear shows they didnt..o wait let me guess because nowwww manny and his team says they gave him evrything he wanted so it makes it true now? is that what your saying?
