this is going to be a challenge for the next generation of parents on how to regulate internet to their kids. since the net has a global reach, cultural offenses will happen just like this.Comment

I thought it was a bit of both, calling him a coward with a racial undertone.
But it's w.e.
Floyd said ****** ****, people on BS say ****** ****.
Floyd just happens to be in the public eye and should control himself a little more.Comment

lets not pretend that calling someone a chicken is the new n word.Comment

It doesn't have to be taken in a racial context, and that's why it's so appealing to (some) *******s. They can use it to imply a racist insult, but when called out on it, they can hide behind the "it's about being a chicken, not eating fried chicken" defense.
I've seen the monkey and slave photoshops that are blatantly racist.
On the other hand, other pics, like Floyd's head photoshopped onto a (non-fried) plucked chicken, or a duck, or Manny photoshopped onto Rocky chasing a Floyd chicken, are spot on, perfectly apropos, and brilliantly capture Floyd's essence without being racist.
Srsly, resorting to racism to **** on Floyd is not only ignorant, but unnecessary. Floyd's cowardice speaks for itself and transcends race.Comment
