DW can weigh in at 350 lbs of solid muscle and it would only be a disadvantage. When you see a guy come in that heavy you have to assume that either 1.) he has little discipline or 2.) he isn't confident in his skills and thinks he'll have to rely on strength. The fact is, the guy was stopped by Sinan Samil Sam and his best win was against a shot Tyson with a knee injury. Corrie Sanders was twice the fighter DW is (quicker, harder hitting, and more experienced) and look what Vitali did to him.

I'm glad that Williams is getting this payday but it's not going to be a competitive match. Vitali's defense and his heart are as underrated as his punching power is overrated. I can't help but crack a smile when people still talk about how he "quitted" against Byrd. The guy is the goods; he showed me that versus Lewis and confirmed it against Sanders.

I predict that Williams is going to get schooled; I'm not happy about it, he seems like a likeable guy and all and I'd love to see a good heavyweight showdown, but he just hasn't done enough in his career to show me he can take the title from a fighter of Vitali's caliber.

One another note, I hope Vitali unifies the title after this one. I'd especially love to see him take out Ruiz once and for all.

......Yeah, looks like another guy coming in 5 pounds heavy for big Vit so they have a ready made excuse when they get their asses handed to em. Just more ammo for the Vit haters to talk **** about his competition and diminish what he is doing. I still maintain that his opponents come in heavy because they feel the extra weight will help them fend off his strength and give them a a better punchers chance. Guys are coming in to fight him heavy because they think their only chance is to go for a knockout and hope they land something early to change the fight. They can talk as much **** about Vit as they want but I think the condition of the guys fighting him tells you what his opponents think. That's why Lennox has such a hard on for Vit because he knows he is a far better boxer regardless of whether Lennox was in shape or not.

hehe cmon danny boy u can do it!!
not supprised at his weight, he never been a light fella, i just hope he can work vitali's body and bring the big man down, but i must admit im expecting a vitali win here lol

lets hope it produces a nice clean fight, heavyweight boxing isnt as big here in uk since lewis retired, people only seem to sing when were winnin, most people i know dont know who danny williams is, its an insult, i just hope it brings more back to the boxing scene around here

williams looks thick around the middle. that usually means he's not prepared physically he will more than likely get KTFO.

i just read Danny williams weight equals the heaviest recorded weight ever for a title fight.

Klitchko's weight equals his all time high.
