Manny Pacquiao left home because dad ate his dog

This is an old story that for a long time, had never been verified. But confirmation from Freddie Roach gives credence to the story that Manny Pacquiao became a street urchin because his dad ate his dog. Gareth Davies from the Telegraph reports.

Pacquiao grew up in desperate poverty in the Philippines, turning professional at the age of 14 in an attempt to feed himself. While this is a terribly sad story, it makes Pacquiao’s success that much more remarkable and heart warming.

In a related point, the fact that people are making a big deal about his weight gain in recent time seems absurd given his poor diet when growing up which apparently consisting of rice and no proteins. Pacquiao, it seems, was not willing to follow in his father’s footsteps in order to get food in his belly.

Humans and dogs have an evolutionary history-- eating dogs isn't like eating a cow or a pig. It's way wrong.

You can train dog to fights, protect yourself, find drugs, find plenty of materials, criminal fire, helps blind people in their life etc etc...

Have you ever saw a pig or a cow do that?

I wonder if he use duck sauce or just hot sauce and ketchup.
