Who's going to touch him after he goes on some bigoted rant about Asians? Imagine if it was Pacquaio who said something like, " I going to make that black monkey cook me some fried chicken and collard greens"....
HIS CAREER WOULD BE OVER.

When I talk cross over, I'm talking the type of status Jordan, Woods, Barkely, Wade, Lebron have.
A guy that is on commercials, getting sponsorships all the time for different products.
His recent actions have shut him out of that and he blames it on race. If the guy was really smart, he would be making TWICE the money he is now. His greatness as a boxer is what has made him a millionaire but he could be making DLH money if he was really smart.

If Sugar ray Leonard was in his prime in todays day and age, he would be bigger than even DLH was because of who he was.
It's one thing to play the "bad guy" but that will only carry you so far. When American embraces someone, it's always someone wearing a white hat, believe that.
I think the badguy role can carry you a long ways in boxing because most guys want to play the good guy, so being the top dog bad guys allows for much better storylines to pump up the fight. I am of the camp that it does not matter if people boo or cheer you aslong as they are not silent about you (and no one is silent on Floyd Mayweather Jr.).
There is a thin line between love and hate, Floyd will never be universally loved but he still stirs the strongest emotions out of all fighters.
If everyone wants to watch his fights what does it matter if they tuned in because they love or hate him they are watching all the same

It's all relevant, you have to remember DLH was making money in the early 90's that was equivalent to the money being made today and he was doing that consistently.
