It actually wasn't a "racist rant." Mayweather just used simple stereotypes directed at Pacquiao.

Calling Mayweather a "n***er" or Pacquiao a "ch*nk" would be racist since its generalizing a group of a specific people.

Whereas saying saying Floyd is a "crispy chicken eater" or Pacquiao cooks "sushi rolls and rice" is just another stereotype, not racist at all.
