now all talks have ceased about any kind of fight for ruiz.

as for byrd, he was gonna fight a rematch with wlad, then that fell thru.
now, supposedly the IBF mandatory is now TOS (another undeserving contender), but the only thing byrd is interested in his how much money he can get (money he doesnt deserve).
