    Calderon-Segura Inmediate Rematch Possible

The result does not necessarily merit a rematch, but the few opportunities for big fights at 108 pounds, could put them face to face once again.

Ivan Rivera, president Puerto Rico Best Boxing promotions, said yesterday that after a meeting with former champion Ivan 'Iron Boy' Calderon, was established the immediate possibility of a new clash between the Puerto Rican and the now double jr flyweight champion, Mexican,Giovanni Segura.

The nicknamed 'Aztec Warrior' beat Calderon last Saturday by a knockout in the eighth round, ending a reign of sseven years of the Puerto Rican who also had an impeccable record so far.

"Today (yesterday) I spoke with Ivan," said Ivan Rivera. "He is physically well and going to rest a bit. It is not going to retire and we evaluate one of the alternatives that there is, and thats a rematch with Segura. It's something we had not talked beforehand but they told us they(Segura's Team) would not have trouble making, "he said.

"These are the two best fighters in the division and a rematch would be an exciting fight. We're evaluating where it could be and when. Calderón for the time being will remain in the 108 pounds and the only way he would go down there being a better opportunity, which is not excluded, "Rivera concluded.

      Go Calderon!!!

But he should go for that argentinian champion first and make it another unification fight.

A great boxer always make the adjustments necessary to win, and Calderon is the better boxer of the two.
