What Freddy forgot to mentioned is that, De La Huye had to be drained to make weight, De La Huye did not fight welterweight for nearly 10 yrs, Now Manny is for a real treat fighting Margarito on a natrual weight for Tony....More hittable maybe, more resistance than Oscar always....If Roach is trying to go by the way De La Huye vs Pacquiao went he is making a big mistake........

How ironic that you are called "boxing fan". It's laughable to suggest that Pacquiao gets hit more than Margarito when any real boxing fan knows that Margarito is successful because of his ability to take a punch - he can walk through punches i.e. gets hit a lot whilst Pacquiao bamboozles opponents with speedy footwork and fists and only occasionally gets clipped in exchanges.

I agree.. If Pacquiao fought anyone with handspeed then maybe i would buy the hype... My problem with him is he has never faced anyone with handspeed. Barrera, Morales, Marquez, Diaz, DLH, Hatton, Cotto, Clottey: NONE HAVE HANDSPEED. Speed kills in boxing and team Pacquiao knows that and have always exploited slower fighters. Why has Pac never fought the Judah's, Berto's, Mosley's or anyone who can change a fight with a single punch. Even though i dont think he is better than Floyd i still love watching Pac fight. I just want to see him trade punches with another speed demon and see how he fares. I like Mayweather and Pacman and never understood the hatred towards eachother.. Mayweather praised Pac in his absence and said while he was gone that Pac was the next best.. There clearly is respect there.. I just dont understand the sour feelings toward eachother.. I also dont buy the claims of people saying Floyd is scared.. Before he fought dlh, hatton, mosley, judah they said the same... He'll never be able to shake that off..
