It's probably the reason why he can move up in weight without having a significant loss in handspeed

He's also got thick wrists, thick ankles, and a thick neck. The extra weight is just filling in his frame.

My upper body is trim and my calves are like 15.5 inch for one and the other is like 14inch, It's natural.. I might train and exercise the other so they are even but it wouldn't matter too much I'm southpaw and my back foot holds all the power.

Most of your punching power comes from your legs and technique to use those legs. I always laugh at the juice heads who just work out their upper body and arms and think they are going to knock someone out.

Id rather have 25" calves than 25" biceps.

Every fighter gets their power from there legs. If you dont plant and twist you get pillow punches, ex: Paulie "the Magic Man" Mallanagi

Heh when I'm doing some boxing training at the gym, hitting the bag some random top heavy steroid junkie usually comes in.

Their legs are stick thin, they start kicking/punching some bags for about 2 mins to impress their friends then they disappear, I feel embarrassed for them.

I prefer the looks of the thick legs but I know some dude at my gym he has legs that are skinny as **** and a massive upperbody. He is a pro and is a massive puncher. Mosley is another example of a skinny legged power puncher. The formula for punching power is the speed of the punch x the weight that is behind it. If you can fand a way to put maximum bodyweight into the punch it doesn't matter whether your legs/upperbody is bigger.
