I have almost the same body type as Pacquiao. He's of course more well built. It's quite common with Filipinos to have huge calves.
His upper body is nothing compared to his legs.

Yup my everyone on my mother side, super athletic with huge muscular legs and calves. My other brother got skinny legs though. Cramps are a *****.
