I think the author was just doing like yall floyd fans do. He is just reading between the lines. After all Floyd seems to have the certainty that Manny will take the tests and the fight will happen. Suggesting he knows something we don't. That is if you read between the lines.

I saw this come out of Mayweather's mouth and I never got that impression. This is proof enough that Mayweather needs to stay off the Ustream crap, because people will find anything to pin on him.
