Floyd didn't say anything on the 2nd negotiation because all of his demands has been accepted by pac, since there are no excuses left for him he decided to announce his vacation.

The difference between me and floyd is that i am honest and not scared to say that i will not fight a fighter that i know i can't beat while floyd will make all kind of excuses just to make sure that the fight will not happen because he knows he can't beat the other guy.
