Margarito was a full time welterweight. Manny hasnt even fought above Welterweight limit. thats probably one of the reason. if Manny will have a success fighting in a jr middleweight i expect him to challenge a full time jr middleweight. if not he'd probably go back to welterweight where he really belong.

the interview was not in english.

basically pacquiao's reason was "that it'd be a boring fight and not exciting for the fans because of how yuri fights and how yuri will use his height."

foreman was too big of a risk and not enough money involved. no one knew how good foreman truly was. cotto beat him down obviously but that fight had a lot of questions that needed to be answered about both guys. foreman didn't really deserve the fight anyway. i do think pacquiao would have certainly prevailed, esp after watching cotto beat him. i won't say that it was a great fight (cotto-foreman) but it was certainly dramatic seeing yuri fight his ass off. although id love to see a rematch - i hope it doesn't happen for the sake of yuri's career.
