just look at larry holmes and naseem hamed as examples of how corrupt the orgs are.
larry holmes
1. wbc threatened to strip him of his belt after 5 years as champ and almost 20 defenses because he took the frazier fight. (more money because of marvis' family name)
2. ibf paid larry holmes under the table to dump the wbc belt and be the ibf champion instead. (ibf was just starting out and wanted the name recognition the world recognized champ would give him)
naseem hamed
1. wbc , ibf , wba at varying times would strip hamed or their champs who fought hamed of their belts because hamed was the wbo champion. this is one of the main reasons hamed never got to completely unify all the 126 belts.Comment

Top Rank could at least make Chavez Jr fight Zbik to get the interim belt and EARN a shot, not suck the WBC off and give him some mythical rank that's above the interim champion...Comment
