    Can someone please explain to me how someone over trains???

    Hey guys I'm sorry to ask this but how can someone over train?? I mean u train and train so you get ready and get fit and in shape for fight night but I never got the point on how you blame it on how you over trained
    Can someone explain please thanx

    Well you train so much that your body is weak and exhausted, it's pretty simple.

        You need to let your body recuperate and heal after training for it to make a recovery. Your muscle actually develops during recovery time not whilst you're in the gym. Over training doesn't allow your body to do that and thus you don't reap the physical benefits from the training, but rather the opposite effect.

          how can the trainer tell if their fighter is "peaking"? (to prevent overtraining)

            When they are able to go the duration of the fight in sparring, pads etc

            also if their running a certain route and running it at a fast pace or certain time that they didnt before you'll know

              Thanx man I just never really got the idea I mean I would guess the train everyday they know there bodies and they will know to be in good shape...
