Anyone ever see this? The Monkees film from 1968. A cracking film I reckon, hugely underrated, and I'm ashamed to say when I first saw it many years back I didn't even know who Sonny was.

He simulates a boxing match with Davy Jones ("He's a big guy and I like his smile.")

Ummmm... okay, okay, technically it's not much of a boxing thread, but it's a quiet week boxing-wise, so I thought "why not ask?"

That's Sam Peter? Didn't recognise him in clothes, with the red eye and the clean-shaven look. Yeah, I can see it now.
